We are a family run business.

As a family-run business, we take pride in being driven and ambitious and offering unique services which are not only appealing to our young people but also to our workforce. We have expansive experience in this field and remain committed to developing a continuum of services for young people across Ireland.

What do we do?

Inspire, support and empower young people to be the best and happiest version of themselves.

We provide responsive, quality driven and resilient residential services which are tailored to the individual and evolving needs of young people. Our overall focus is on creating positive and memorable outcomes for young people.

How do we do it?

Our service delivery is primarily reliant on one thing… our experienced, committed and resilient workforce.

All of our teams encompass individuals from a variety of backgrounds whereby they bring their knowledge and skillsets to the forefront in order to create a collaborative and supportive environment.

Each centre is committed to embedding a learning culture which is facilitated through the sharing of best practice information as well as through the delivery of formal training. This culture is imperative as it not only permits us to be responsive to the complex and sometimes unprecedented needs of young people but it also ensures that staff are professionally developing. The latter is crucial to us in terms of maintaining positive team morale, retention and success.

We are committed to providing a positive work environment for our staff teams to allow them to effectively do their work with the young people.

Our staff teams strive to achieve our vision on a daily basis through:

  • The establishment of a safe, nurturing and homely environment which promotes positive congregate living and steers away from preconceptions of institutional-like residential care settings. This is something we place significant emphasis on.
  • The delivery of individualised, creative and realistic programmes which aim to embed routine and stability in young people’s lives. We strongly encourage and promote young people’s involvement in their care planning and adapt this approach to all aspects of their placements.
